Hi, I'm Hollie

As a Pre & Postnatal Training Coach, I help women through all the changes of pregnancy and postpartum. With so much misinformation about women doing exercise during these phases of life, it is important for me to help women feel supported and empowered.

On a daily basis I work aside families and see how moms can neglect their own passions. My passion is to help as many moms out there as I can find their identity outside of being a mom. This is the time to put yourself first so you can be the best possible parent you can be.

Movement Is a Gift, Not a Punishment

Exercise during motherhood shouldn't be about shrinking your body.

It should be about supporting your body.

Movement can help:

• Improve energy levels

• Support healthy blood sugar regulation

• Promote healthy circulation

• Support mental wellness

• Reduce stress

• Build strength for pregnancy, labor, and motherhood

• Improve recovery and resilience

The goal is not perfection.

The goal is creating a body that feels strong, capable, and supported for the season you're in.
